Shipping Timeframes

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next available business day. Orders must be placed before 3 PM (GMT) to be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day. Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the UK.

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.

Payment Methods

We accept payments in GBP (£) only. Payments can be made through various secure options, including credit/debit cards, and other trusted payment methods at checkout.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to all UK to the customer’s provided address. 

Restocking Fee

For non-defective returns, a restocking fee is charged which is customers responsibility; otherwise, it is Free if the item is defective or damaged

Packaging

We ensure that your strip curtains are packed securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible to reduce our environmental footprint.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on our website or through the carrier’s tracking system.

Returns & Exchanges
