Do You Accept Returns?
Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or if the item is damaged or faulty, please follow our easy return process.
Do You Accept Exchanges?
No, we do not accept exchanges. If you’d like to return an item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed instructions on how to process a return. Once your return is completed, you can place a new order for any replacement item.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on non-defective items within 30 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please ensure the item is not damaged or altered in any way before returning it.
Note: We do not accept returns for custom or made-to-order items unless they are defective.
2. Restocking and Return Fees
We are pleased to inform you that there are no restocking fees or return fees for any eligible returns. We want to make your return process as convenient as possible.
3. Prepaid Return Label
To make the return process even easier, we provide you with a prepaid return label for all eligible returns. Once we’ve confirmed your return request, we will send you the prepaid label to use for mailing the item back to us.
4. Return Process (By Mail)
To return an item by mail, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a prepaid return label to mail the item back to us.

Return Shipping: Using the prepaid return label provided, you can ship the item back to us via mail at no cost to you. We recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. The return processing time is 14 days from the date we receive your return. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within this period.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
